Opening of the photo exhibition (free viewing), accessible throughout the event.

4:00–4:15 PM | Official opening

Welcome speech by the organizers

  • Short presentation of the event concept

  • Explanation of the core values: remembrance, dialogue, shared responsibility

Parallel to this: Children's Corner (during the panel discussion)

Theme: 'The world I want to live in'

Free creative form (drawing) under the guidance of an artist.


4:15–5:15 PM | Panel discussion

  • 40 min — guided conversation

  • 20 min — questions from the audience

5:15–5:35 PM | Remembrance snacks and drinks + photo exhibition

Brief explanation by the photographer and transition to the workshops.

5:35–6:30 PM | Parallel activities (free choice)

  • Workshop 1: Weaving headdresses

A symbol of protection, unity, and care. Explanation of the symbolism and technique. Accessible to adults and teenagers.

  • Workshop 2: Vybiika (traditional Ukrainian technique)

Introduction to Ukrainian visual culture and practical work with ornaments.

6:30–6:45 PM | Closing Circle

Closing words

  • Words of thanks to participants and partners

  • Invitation to further dialogue and cooperation

6:45–7:30 PM | Joint memorial march
